Community service regarding the Technology of Liang Tea Making as a Health Drink was carried out by Team Lecturers from Food Science and Study Program, Faculty Agriculture, Tanjungpura University (UNTAN) at PKK Office. The partner this activity is West Kalimantan Province PKK. problems faced skills knowledge Provincial members facilitators for organization Regency, Sub-District level which they assist in making health drinks well traditional Pontianak that are competitive still limited. implementation method used socialization form counseling, training, mentoring, evaluation monitoring. results achieved were 80% participants during increased their based on question answer through questionnaires, 10 training able to make tea burrows correctly, 5 trainees would use family's functional drinks. continuation expected produce new initiate product commercialization.
